预见性护理在心血管病介入治疗致反射性低血压患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨预见性护理在心血管病介入治疗致反射性低血压患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月于绵阳市中心医院行介入治疗的心血管病患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取预见性护理。比较两组患者护理质量、反射性低血压发生情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组心率、血压恢复正常时间短于对照组,焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组反射性低血压发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027);观察组积极性与工作能力、健康教育、环境管理、沟通与理解、服务态度与主动性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:心血管病介入治疗致反射性低血压患者采用预见性护理干预,可减少反射性低血压发生,促进患者心率与血压及时恢复,消除负性情绪,增加患者就医满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of predictive nursing in interventional treatment of reflex hypotension caused by cardiovascular disease.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with cardiovascular disease who received interventional treatment in Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing.The quality of nursing,occurrence of reflex hypotension and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery time of heart rate and blood pressure in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the self-rating scale of anxiety and depression was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The incidence of reflex hypotension in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027);The scores of enthusiasm and work ability,health education,environmental management,communication and understanding,service attitude and initiative in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The use of predictive nursing intervention in patients with reflex hypotension caused by interventional therapy of cardiovascular disease can reduce the occurrence of reflex hypotension,promote the timely recovery of patients'heart rate and blood pressure,eliminate negative emotions,and increase patients'satisfaction with medical treatment.
