摘　　要：目的:研究热敷法在气温较低时对静脉采血过程的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年3月于佛山市中心血站献血车参加无偿献血的献血者340例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各170例。观察组用热水袋(水温60~70℃)加垫巾置于献血者行静脉穿刺的手臂下,对照组用垫巾垫手臂。比较两组采血时长、献血不良反应发生情况、非标量血液情况。结果:观察组献血时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组献血不良反应发生情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);观察组非标量血液占比低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:在冬季采用热水袋加垫巾热敷手臂可以缩短采血时长,减少因采血时长过长造成的血液浪费、献血不良反应。Objective:To study the influence of hot compress on the process of venous blood collection at low temperature.Methods:A total of three hundred and forty blood donors who participated in unpaid blood donation in blood donation vehicles of Foshan Central Blood Station from December 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with one hundred and seventy cases in each group.The observation group was placed under the arm of blood donors undergoing venipuncture with hot water bag(water temperature 60-70℃)and pad,while the control group was placed under the arm with pad.The duration of blood collection,occurrence of adverse reactions and non-scalar blood were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of blood donation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001);The occurrence of blood donation adverse reactions in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016);The proportion of non-scalar blood in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:In winter,the use of hot water bag and pad hot compress the arm can shorten the blood collection time,reduce the blood waste caused by too long blood collection time and the adverse reaction of blood donation.
