基于精益六西格玛理论的药库管理流程规范优化研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨精益六西格玛理论的药库管理方法在规范药库管理流程中的作用。方法:2022年1—6月为东莞市滨海湾中心医院开展管理前,2022年7—12月为东莞市滨海湾中心医院基于精益六西格玛理论药库流程规范优化管理后。比较管理前后药库管理工作效率改善情况、药品调拨情况、药品供应情况。结果:管理后月平均验收、发放、清点时间短于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);管理后月均调拨次数高于管理前,月均调拨差错例数、月均调拨差错率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);管理后药品供应总有效率高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。结论:在药库管理中实施基于精益六西格玛理论的药库管理工作,能够提高药库工作的效率,保障药品的采购、验收及发放等流程的规范性,减少调拨差错发生。Objective:To explore the role of lean six sigma theory in regulating the drug warehouse management process.Methods:From January to June 2022,before the management of Dongguan Binhai Bay Central Hospital,and from July to December 2022,after the optimized management of drug warehouse process standard based on lean six sigma theory for Dongguan Binhai Bay Central Hospital.The improvement of drug warehouse management efficiency,drug allocation and drug supply before and after management were compared.Results:The average monthly acceptance,distribution and inventory time after management was shorter than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);After management,the average monthly transfer times were higher than before management,and the average monthly transfer error cases and the average monthly transfer error rate were lower than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001);The total effective rate of drug supply after management was higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).Conclusion:The implementation of lean six sigma theory based drug warehouse management can improve the efficiency of drug storage,ensure the standardization of drug procurement,acceptance and distribution processes,and reduce the occurrence of allocation errors.
