摘  要:目的:研究金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素C2(SEC2)的活性与病情的关系,进一步探索其在金黄色葡萄球菌感染中的作用机制。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月东莞市滨海湾中心医院收治的肠道感染患者30例作为研究对象。使用传统的培养方法从粪便样本中分离出金黄色葡萄球菌。使用离心技术获得细菌培养物,进一步纯化金黄色葡萄球菌SEC2。结果:金黄色葡萄球菌SEC2在经过一系列纯化步骤后,获得了高纯度的样品。从发酵液到超滤浓缩再到硫酸铵盐析、离子交换以及分子筛层析的过程中,目的蛋白质的含量逐渐减少,但蛋白质的纯度逐步提高。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌SEC2是金黄色葡萄球菌感染中的病原因子。通过成功纯化高纯度的SEC2样品,证实其具有明确的质量和结构特征,进一步证实了SEC2在金黄色葡萄球菌感染中的重要性。Objective:To study the relationship between the activity of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C2(SEC2)and the condition of the disease,and to further explore its mechanism of action in Staphylococcus aureus infection.Methods:Thirty patients with intestinal infections admitted to Dongguan Binhaiwan Bay Central Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.Staphylococcus aureus was isolated from fecal samples using traditional culture methods.Bacterial cultures were obtained using centrifugation technique to further purify Staphylococcus aureus SEC2.Results:High purity samples of Staphylococcus aureus SEC2 were obtained after a series of purification steps;From the fermentation broth to ultrafiltration concentration and then to ammonium sulfate salting out,ion exchange as well as molecular sieve chromatography,the content of the target proteins gradually decreased,but the purity of the proteins gradually increased.Conclusion:Staphylococcus aureus SEC2 is a pathogenic factor in Staphylococcus aureus infections.The importance of SEC2 in Staphylococcus aureus infection is further confirmed by the successful purification of a high-purity SEC2 sample with welldefined mass and structural characteristics.
