双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、参苓白术颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、参苓白术颗粒、蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿腹泻的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年7月于来宾市兴宾区人民医院接受腹泻治疗的67例婴幼儿作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=33)。观察组采取双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、参苓白术颗粒、蒙脱石散联合治疗,对照组采取双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、蒙脱石散治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、大便细菌调整菌数和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组腹痛腹泻、低热脱水、恶心呕吐评分降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌水平升高,大肠埃希菌水平降低,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片、参苓白术颗粒、蒙脱石散联合治疗婴幼儿腹泻可有效缓解临床症状,平衡肠道内菌群,减少用药期间不良反应,安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets,Shenling Baizhu granule and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:A total of sixty-seven infants and young children who received diarrhea treatment in Laibin Xingbin District People's Hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=33).Observation group was treated with live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets,Shenling Baizhu granules and montmorillonite powder,while control group was treated with bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablet and montmorillonite powder.TCM syndrome score,adjusted stool bacteria count and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hypothermia,dehydration,nausea and vomiting in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus increased,and the levels of Escherichia coli decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of live combined Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus tablets,Shenling Baizhu granules and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infant diarrhea can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,balance intestinal flora,reduce adverse reactions during medication,and have high safety.
