升麻葛根汤加减联合针刺治疗肺经风热型急性化脓性鼻窦炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨升麻葛根汤加减联合针刺治疗肺经风热型急性化脓性鼻窦炎(ASS)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年8月江门市新会区第二人民医院收治的肺经风热型ASS患者72例为研究对象,采用随机排列法分为对照组(n=36,采用头孢克肟片联合针刺治疗)和研究组(n=36,采用升麻葛根汤加减联合针刺治疗)。比较两组患者临床症状积分、治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组鼻塞、流涕、头痛、嗅觉障碍和黏膜充血水肿症状评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。结论:升麻葛根汤加减联合针刺治疗可以有效改善肺经风热型ASS患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,保障患者治疗的安全性,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shengma Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture on acute suppurative sinusitis(ASS)caused by wind-heat of lung.Methods:A total of seventy-two patients with pneumonic wind-heat of lung type ASS treated in Jiangmen Xinhui District Second People's Hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=36,treated with cefixime tablets combined with acupuncture)and study group(n=36,treated with Shengma Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture).Clinical symptom score,therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,symptom scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,olfactory disturbance and nasal mucous congestion and edema in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032);the incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.022).Conclusion:Shengma Gegen decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of lung wind-heat type ASS patients,improve the clinical therapeutic effect,ensure the safety of patient treatment,worthy of clinical promotion.
