摘　　要：目的:分析腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎感染影响因素,为临床早期采取防御措施提供依据和指导。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月在广州医科大学附属第二医院以腹膜透析为首次肾脏替代治疗的终末期肾病患者290例作为研究对象,根据患者是否出现腹膜炎将其分成腹膜炎组与非腹膜炎组,建立非条件Logistic回归模型,对腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎影响因素进行分析。结果:Logistic回归分析结果表明,高血压、透析龄、血肌酐、白蛋白及白细胞为腹膜透析相关腹膜炎的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎感染影响因素包括高血压、透析龄、血肌酐、白蛋白及白细胞,临床可根据腹膜炎影响因素早期采用防控手段和措施。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis infection,and to provide the guidance for early prevention measures in clinic.Methods:290 patients who were treated with peritoneal dialysis after first-time renal transplantation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into peritonitis and non-peritonitis groups according to their disease condition,and a non-conditional Logistic regression model was established to analyze the factors affecting peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis.Results:The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,dialysis age,blood creatinine,albumin and leukocytes were the influencing factors of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influencing factors of peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis infection include hypertension,dialysis age,blood creatinine,albumin and leukocytes.Corresponding measures can be considered to prevent from aggregation.
