摘　　要：唇风又名驴嘴风、唇瞤、紧唇,与现代慢性口唇炎症状相似,以唇部的红肿、发热、痒、皲裂等为主要表现,且大多发生于秋冬季节,多见青年女性和儿童。周玉华教授是第五批国家名老中医药专家王玉林学术传承人,在多年的临床治疗中积累了丰富的经验,关于唇风的诊治,周教授认为在诊治唇风时,采用辨证论治与经络辨治结合,四诊合参,根据致病特点的不同,选用的中医治疗方法不同,随证治之,疗效显著。附急性唇炎1则案例,以供临床研究分析。Exfoliative Cheilitis,also known as lip twitching and tight lips,is similar to modern chronic stomatitis,with redness,swelling,fever,itching,cracking of the lips as the main manifestations,and most of them occur in the fall and winter seasons,and most of them are seen in young women and children.Professor Zhou Yuhua is the fifth batch of national famous Chinese medicine expert Wang Yulin.Professor Zhou adopted channel pattern differentiation,syndrome pattern differentiation and also the four diagnostics to treat exfoliative cheilitis and gained diffuse experiences.A case of acute labial wind is attached for your reference and study.
