基于红外热成像系统探讨易筋经联合火龙罐治疗阳虚型便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:基于红外热成像系统探究易筋经联合火龙罐治疗阳虚型便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:选2022年3月—2023年3月于东莞市中医院就诊的阳虚型便秘患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予火龙罐治疗,治疗组给予易筋经联合火龙罐治疗,比较两组布里斯托(Bristol)粪便性状积分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组Bristol粪便性状积分均降低,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者脐周区(神阙、天枢),下腹部(关元),督脉(命门穴)的体表代谢热值均较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:易筋经联合火龙罐治疗阳虚型便秘能够有效提高患者督脉的体表代谢热值,通过升发督脉阳气调节肠道蠕动,进一步改善便秘患者的相关临床症状,提升了临床疗效。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yi Jin Jing exercise combined with Fire-dragon Cupping therapy in treating constipation patients with Yang deficiency pattern and the study is assisted by infrared thermal imaging system.Methods:60 patients with yang-deficiency constipation who attended Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each.The control group was given fire-dragon cupping therapy,while the treatment group exercised Yi Jin Jing and was treated also with fire-dragon cupping.The scores of Bristol(Bristol)stool scale and therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the Bristol stool scale scores of both groups were reduced,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the surface thermal indexes of the periumbilical region(Acupoint:Shenque,Tianshu),lower abdomen region(Acupoint:Guanyuan),and Dumai(Acupoint:Mingmen)of the patients of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yi Jin Jing exercise combined with Fire-dragon cupping therapy for patients with constipation in Yang-deficiency pattern can effectively increase the body surface thermal index in du mai region,regulate intestinal peristalsis by elevating yang-qi of du mai,and further improve their clinical symptoms.
