摘　　要：半夏白术天麻汤为息风化痰经典方剂,首载于李东垣所著典籍中,经历代医家加减应用及演化发展,主要形成6个同名方剂,其中尤以程国彭所改主治眩晕之方应用最为广泛,现代常被用于治疗眩晕、头痛、中风等疾病。该文对半夏白术天麻汤历代医家应用情况及现代药理研究情况作一综述。Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang is a classic formula of Traditional Chinese medicine for relieving wind and resolving phlegm,which was first published in the book written by Li Dongyuan.Through the modifications by successive generations of medical practitioners and the evolution of development,it mainly formed into six formulas with the same name,especially the formula modified by Cheng Guopeng for the treatment of vertigo is the most widely used,which is often used nowadays to treat vertigo,headache,stroke,etc.This paper is a review of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang in the past dynasties and the modern pharmacological research.
