针刀配合整脊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刀联合整脊治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月盱眙县中医院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者85例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=43)。对照组患者采用针刀治疗,试验组患者采用针刀配合整脊治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效、颈椎功能及疼痛情况。结果:试验组患者治疗后总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后颈椎功能及疼痛评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且试验组颈椎功能及疼痛评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀配合整脊疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切,可改善患者的颈椎功能,并降低疼痛感,可在临床中应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture knife combined with chiropractic therapy of cervical spondylotic arteriopathy.Methods:85 patients with cervical spondylotic arteriopathy admitted to Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=42)and the experimental group(n=43)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture knife,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture knife together with chiropractic therapy.The therapeutic effects,cervical spine function and pain after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the test group after treatment was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cervical spine function and pain scores of patients in both groups decreased after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the cervical spine function and pain scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture knife with chiropractic therapy in treating cervical spondylotic arteriopathy is exact,which can improve the cervical spine function of the patients and reduce the pain,and it can be popularized and applied in the clinic.
