丹青胶囊联合他扎罗汀倍他米松软膏治疗银屑病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹青胶囊联合他扎罗汀倍他米松软膏治疗银屑病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年2月单县东大医院皮肤科收治的银屑病患者107例,将其编号后采用奇偶数法分为对照组(n=53)与观察组(n=54)。对照组患者采用他扎罗汀倍他米松软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹青胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗14 d后临床疗效,症状评分,免疫因子(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平,生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后症状评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后CD4^(+)水平高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为5.56%(3/54),对照组为3.77%(2/53),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹青胶囊联合他扎罗汀倍他米松软膏治疗银屑病临床疗效显著,可明显改善症状,同时还能调节患者机体免疫因子水平,显著提升患者生活质量。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Danqing capsule combined with tazarotene betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods:107 patients with psoriasis admitted to the Department of Dermatology of Shanxian Dongda Hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected,which were numbered and divided into the control group(n=53)and the observation group(n=54)by the odd-even number method.The patients in the control group were treated with tazarotene betamethasone ointment,and the observation group was treated with Danqing capsule on the basis of the control group.The following indexes 14 days after the treatment were compared in between two groups:therapeutic efficacy,symptom scores,immune factor(CD4^(+),CD8^(+))levels,quality of life and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CD4^(+)level after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the CD8^(+)level was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5.56%(3/54)in the observation group and 3.77%(2/53)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic efficacy of Danqing capsule combined with tazarotene betamethasone ointment in the treatment of psoriasis is remarkable,which can significantly improve the symptoms,and also regulate the level of immune factors of patients,and significantly improve their quality of life.
