头位难产产妇助产护理中徒手旋转的临床应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究在头位难产产妇助产护理中应用徒手旋转的临床效果。方法:将菏泽医学专科学校附属医院2020年5月—2023年5月收治的98例头位难产产妇作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组采用常规助产护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用徒手旋转助产。比较两组产妇助产结局、分娩时间及满意度。结果:两组产妇转产钳助产率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组助产成功率高于对照组,转剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第二产程时间及总分娩时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在头位难产产妇助产护理中采用徒手旋转助产能够缩短产程,提高分娩效率,改善分娩结局,满意度高,值得在临床上应用并予以推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of applying manual rotation therapy in the midwifery care of head-down obstructed labor.Methods:98 cases of head-down difficult labor women admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from May 2020 to May 2023 were taken as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by the method of randomized numerical table,each of which consisted of 49 cases.The control group used conventional midwifery care,and the observation group adopted manual rotational therapy on the basis of the control group.The outcomes of assisted labor,delivery time and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparing forceps-assisted labor rate of the two groups did not show a statistically significant difference(P>0.05);the success rate of natural labor in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and cesarean labor rate of observation groups was lower than that of the control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of the second stage of labor and the total delivery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total maternal satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The manual rotation therapy in assisting delivery care of head-down obstructed labor can shorten the duration of labor,and increase the efficiency of delivery,has a high degree of satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
