摘　　要：文章全面分析高校附属医院提升科研能力的关键要素,强调科研人才和团队建设的重要性,科研设施和资金支持的必要性,科研管理和政策环境的影响,以及科研文化和价值观的作用。提出包括增加科研教育和培训机会,寻求更多的资金来源,建立更完善的科研管理制度,以及举办科研活动和加强科研伦理教育对提高高校附属医院科研能力的影响,从而为高校附属医院科研能力提升提供有价值的建议。This paper comprehensively analyzed the key factors of improving the scientific research ability of university affiliated hospitals,emphasized the importance of scientific research talents and team building,the necessity of scientific research facilities and financial support,the influence of scientific research management and policy environment,and the role of scientific research culture and values.The paper put forward the influence of increasing the opportunities of scientific research education and training,seeking more funding sources,establishing more perfect scientific research management system,holding scientific research activities and strengthening scientific research ethics education on improving the scientific research ability of university affiliated hospitals.Therefore,it provided valuable suggestions for the improvement of scientific research ability of university affiliated hospitals.
