酚妥拉明联合多巴胺在小儿肺炎治疗中的应用效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨酚妥拉明联合多巴胺在小儿肺炎治疗中的应用效果及安全性。方法:选取2022年1—12月贵阳市云岩区第二人民医院收治的小儿肺炎患儿70例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患儿接受酚妥拉明治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上接受多巴胺治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、不良反应情况、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组患儿临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003);观察组患儿不良反应率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。治疗前,两组患者白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-8水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白和白细胞介素-8水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:酚妥拉明联合多巴胺在小儿肺炎治疗中具有良好的应用效果及较高的安全性,可以改善炎性因子水平。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of combination of phentolamine and dopamine in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods:70 children with pediatric pneumonia admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Yunyan Dis⁃trict,Guiyang City,Guizhou Province,from January to December 2022 were selected for the study,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases each.Children in the control group were treated with phentolamine,and chil⁃dren in the observation group were treated with dopamine on the basis of the control group,and the clinical therapeutic effects,ad⁃verse reactions,and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treat⁃ment of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003);the rate of adverse reactions of children in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P=0.009).Before treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and interleukin-8 were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and interleukin-8 were reduced in the two groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phentolamine combined with dopamine has good therapeutic effect and high safety in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia,and can improve the level of inflammatory factors.
