补肾健脾汤、血液透析治疗慢性肾脏功能衰竭的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析补肾健脾汤、血液透析治疗慢性肾脏功能衰竭的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年1月常州市中医医院收治的慢性肾脏功能衰竭患者62例为研究样本,随机分为新式组与传统组,各31例。传统组患者予以常规治疗(血液透析方案),新式组患者在传统组基础上使用补肾健脾汤治疗疾病,比较两组肾脏功能指标、治疗效果及血液净化指标。结果:干预后,新式组患者内生肌酐清除率水平高于传统组,尿素氮、血清肌酐水平低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);新式组患者治疗效果总有效率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,两组患者甲状旁腺激素水平降低,新式组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:慢性肾脏功能衰竭患者应用补肾健脾汤、血液透析治疗可以改善肾脏功能指标、血液净化指标,提升疾病治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of Bushen Jianpi Tang Decoction and Hemodialysis in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:62 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2023 were selected as the study samples and randomly divided into the conventional group and the observation group,31 cases each.Patients in the conventional group were given conventional treatment(hemodial⁃ysis intervention),and patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Jianpi Tang Decoction on the basis of the tra⁃ditional group.Renal function indexes,therapeutic effects and blood purification indexes of the two groups were compared.Re⁃sults:After intervention,the level of endogenous creatinine clearance of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the levels of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine of observation group were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).After the intervention,the parathyroid hormone level of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of Bushen Jianpi Tang Decoction and hemodialysis treatment in patients with chronic renal failure can improve the renal function indexes and blood purification indexes,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
