推拿结合膝眼穴针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型老年膝骨关节炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究推拿结合膝眼穴针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型老年膝骨关节炎的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月上海市第三康复医院中医康复科收治的肝肾亏虚型老年膝骨关节炎患者90例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各45例。两组均予以塞来昔布胶囊治疗,对照组予以膝眼穴针刺治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用推拿治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、膝关节功能及患侧膝关节股四头肌表面肌电信号。结果:试验组患者临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法评分均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,两组患者Lequesne膝关节指数评分均升高,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者股内侧肌、股外侧肌积分肌电值,股内侧肌、股外侧肌中位频率均升高,试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合膝眼穴针刺治疗肝肾亏虚型老年膝骨关节炎可提高临床疗效,缓解疼痛,提高肌力,改善关节功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of Tuina combined with acupuncture at knee eye point in the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney type.Methods:Ninety cases of elderly knee osteoarthritis patients with liver and kidney deficiency type admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Rehabilitation of Shanghai Third Reha⁃bilitation Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the experimen⁃tal group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with forty-five cases.Both groups were treated with celecoxib capsules,the control group was treated with acupuncture at the knee eye point,and the experimental group was treated with Tuina on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,pain score,knee function and electromyographic signals on the surface of the quadriceps muscle of the affected knee.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);After treatment,the visual analog scoring method scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the ex⁃perimental group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the Lequesne Knee Index scores of patients in both groups increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the medial femoral muscle and lateral femoral muscle integral electro⁃myography value,medial femoral muscle and lateral femoral muscle median frequency of both groups of patients were elevated,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tui⁃na combined with knee eye point acupuncture for the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis wit
