高血压社区护理中融入强化健康教育对治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究高血压社区护理中融入强化健康教育的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月吉林经济技术开发区松九社区卫生服务中心收治的高血压患者298例为研究对象,按数字随机表法分为对照组与观察组,各149例。对照组在护理中融入常规健康教育,观察组在护理中融入强化健康教育。比较两组血压水平、相关知识掌握情况、依从性与满意度。结果:教育后,两组收缩压、舒张压均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组相关知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组按时用药、合理饮食、坚持锻炼依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在高血压社区护理中融入强化健康教育,可明显改善患者血压,加强患者对相关知识的掌握程度,并提升患者依从性及满意度。Objective:To study the impact of integrating intensive patient education in community nursing care for hypertension.Methods:298 hypertensive patients admitted to Songjiu Community Health Service Center of Jilin Economic and Technological Development Area from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of numerical random table,each with 149 cases.The control group inte⁃grated normal patient education in nursing care,and the observation group integrated intensive patient education in nursing care.The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure level,mastery of related disease knowledge,compliance and satisfaction.Results:After patient education,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were reduced in both groups,and the observa⁃tion group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the mastery of related disease knowledge in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the compliance scores of the observation group for taking medication on time,eating reasonably,and insisting on exercising were higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001);the observation group's Satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Incorporating intensive patient education in hypertension community care can significantly improve their blood pressure,strengthen their mastery of rele⁃vant knowledge,and enhance patients'compliance and satisfaction.
