优质护理在ICU机械通气行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理在ICU机械通气行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年5月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的机械通气行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰患者200例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予优质护理。比较两组患者负性情绪、生活质量、护理满意度、并发症发生情况及操作时间。结果:护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均降低,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025);研究组操作时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论:对机械通气行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰患者实施优质护理,可以缓解患者负性情绪,提升生活质量,降低并发症发生率,缩短操作时间,患者对护理工作更满意。Objective:To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in mechanically ventilated patients undergoing bedside flexi⁃ble bronchofiberscopic sputum aspiration in ICU.Methods:A total of 200 patients with mechanical ventilation and bedside flexi⁃ble bronchofiberscopic sputum aspiration in Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were se⁃lected as the study subjects.These patients were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high-quality nurs⁃ing on the basis of control group.Negative emotion,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,complications and operation time were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were reduced,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the two groups were increased,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the complication incidence in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025);the operation time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P=0.032).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing in mechanically ventilated patients undergoing bed⁃side flexible bronchofiberscopic sputum aspiration can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve patients'quality of life,pre⁃vent complications,shorten operation time,and the patients are more satisfied with nursing work.
