摘  要:目的:使用3种材料制作医学超声导声垫,对比其制作方法与实用性。方法:选取2022年9—12月长沙医学院规培学生300名,随机分成明胶组、卡拉胶组、大豆膳食纤维组,各100名。制作完成超声导声垫后,比较三组超声导声垫的图像清晰度、外观、耐用、灵敏度、易操作评分,制作程序、制作时长、保质时长评分。结果:大豆膳食纤维组图像清晰度、外观、耐用、灵敏度、易操作评分低于明胶组、卡拉胶组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);明胶组制作程序、制作时长、保质时长评分高于卡拉胶组、大豆膳食纤维组,卡拉胶组制作程序、制作时长、保质时长评分高于大豆膳食纤维组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:明胶类医学超声导声垫在成像上清晰度高,可用于医学院校的超声影像的实践教学与学生的实践操作,且导声垫制作程序并不复杂,可用于浅表器官及浅表病变的临床超声辅助检查中,增加图像清晰图及血流信号显示的改善。Objective:To investigate the fabricating methods and their effects of medical ultrasonic sound guide pads which are made with three different materials.Methods:300 resident students at Changsha Medical College from September to December 2022 were selected to participate the study and randomly divided into gelatin group,carrageenan group,and soy dietary fiber group,100 students each.After completion of ultrasound guide pads,the following factors of the guide pads in three groups were compared:the image clarity,appearance,durability,sensitivity,and ease of operation scores,and the production procedure,pro⁃duction duration,and shelf life scores.Results:The image clarity,appearance,durability,sensitivity,and ease of operation scores of the soy dietary fiber group were lower than those of the gelatin group and the carrageenan group,and the differences were statis⁃tically significant(P<0.001);the production procedures,production duration,and shelf-life scores of the gelatin group were higher than those of the carrageenan group and the soy dietary fiber group,and the production procedures,production time,and shelf-life scores of the carrageenan group were higher than those of the soy dietary fiber group,and the differences were statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Gelatin-based medical ultrasonic sound guide pads produced high imaging clarity and can be applied in the training of ultrasound imaging in medical school,and the production procedure of sound guide pads is not complicated,so they can be used in clinical ultrasound auxiliary examination of superficial organs and superficial lesions to increase the clarity of the image and the improvement of the display of blood flow signals.
