摘　　要：在区块链、大数据、人工智能等技术创新的驱动下,数字化时代已到来。央行数字货币作为促进数字经济发展的重要工具,近年来成为经济学领域研究的热点。本文从央行数字货币在支付创新及可持续发展两方面对循环经济的影响进行阐述,认为央行数字货币可以通过提供高效便捷的支付工具降低循环经济交易成本:促进金融普惠,并具备实时监测和追踪资金流动的能力,从而减少非法活动的发生;提高跨境支付效率,为国际循环经济合作提供重要支持;还可以助力循环经济实现可持续发展目标,通过提供资金刺激帮助循环企业克服资金短缺问题,改善货币政策传导机制,推动循环产业升级和创新技术的发展。此外,本文对央行数字货币在推动循环经济发展过程中所面临的挑战进行了探讨,并对未来发展做出展望。Driven by technological innovations such as blockchain,big data,and artifi cial intelligence,the digital era has arrived.As an important tool to promote the development of digital economy,central bank digital currency has become a hot topic in the fi eld of economics in recent years.This article expounds the impact of central bank digital currency on circular economy from two aspects:payment innovation and sustainable development.It is believed that central bank digital currency can reduce the transaction cost of circular economy by providing effi cient and convenient payment tools,promote financial inclusion,and monitor and track capital flow in real time,so as to reduce the occurrence of illegal activities,improving the effi ciency of cross-border payment,and providing important support for international circular economy cooperation.It can also help circular economy achieve sustainable development goals,help circular enterprises overcome the shortage of funds by providing financial incentives,improve the transmission mechanism of monetary policy,and promote the upgrading of circular industry and the development of innovative technology.In addition,this article discusses the challenges faced by the central bank’s digital currency in promoting the development of circular economy,and looks forward to the future development.
