摘 要:振动频率法作为一种张拉索索力快速测试方法,同样也被广泛应用于索力实时监测。该方法应用加速度传感器拾取索杆振动信号,通过振动信号基频计算索力。传统加速度传感器使用线缆传输信号,限制了监测点数且布线复杂、维护成本高。本文基于一类新型无线振动传感器搭建了索力监测系统,并将该系统应用在某钢结构拉索索力在线监测。该无线振动传感器基于MEMS传感技术,实现信号独立采集与本地计算和无线上传能力,同时具备自供电功能。监测数据分析表明,无线振动传感器监测结果准确性高、错误率低,满足钢结构拉索索力监测需求;该钢结构拉索索力在一定范围内变化,并与动载荷变化相关。The vibration frequency method,as a fast testing method for tensioned cable force,is also widely used in real-time monitoring of cable force.The method depends on vibration sensors to pick up micro vibration signals of the cable,and calculates cable force by signals frequency.Traditional acceleration sensors use signal lines to transmit signals,which limits the number of monitoring points and leads to complex wiring and high maintenance costs.In this article,a cable force monitoring system is built based on a new type of wireless vibration sensors,and the system is applied to online monitoring of cable force in a steel structure.This wireless vibration sensor,which is based on MEMS technology,realizes independent signal acquisition,local calculation,and wireless upload,and has self powered function.Monitoring data shows that the monitoring results represent high accuracy and low error rate,and the sensors meet demand for cable force monitoring of steel structures cable.The cable force of the steel structure varies within a certain range,and is related to dynamic load changes.
