摘 要:为了解决香山隧道沿线多种不良地质条件所带来的施工难题和安全风险,针对该项目开展了安全快速施工控制措施研究。针对节理裂隙岩体复合地层,优化了隧道衬砌支护参数,并严格要求初期支护喷射混凝土、钢拱架和锚杆施作质量,提高了衬砌结构的稳定性和耐久性。针对富水弱胶结砂岩地层,采用地表超深井+隧道周边注浆的组合型辅助工法,成功降低了地下水位和围岩含水率,确保了该区段的安全快速施工。这些创新措施在香山隧道工程中取得了显著成效,为类似复杂不良地质隧道工程提供了有价值的借鉴和指导。In order to solve the construction difficulties and safety risks caused by various adverse geological conditions along the Xiangshan Tunnel,research on safe and rapid construction control measures has been carried out for this project.For the composite formation of jointed and fractured rock masses,the tunnel lining support parameters were optimized,and strict requirements were placed on the quality of primary support shotcrete,steel arches,and bolt,which improved the stability and durability of the lining structure.For the weakly cemented sandstone formation with rich water,a combined auxiliary construction method of surface ultra deep wells and grouting around the tunnel was adopted,successfully reducing the groundwater level and surrounding rock moisture content,ensuring safe and rapid construction in this section.These innovative measures have achieved significant results in the Xiangshan Tunnel project,providing valuable reference and guidance for similar complex and unfavorable geological tunnel projects.
