摘　　要：TBM下穿填石层高速公路路基时,若处理不当,会引起路面沉降、路基坍塌等风险。以福州滨海快线2标2工区TBM下穿沈海高速公路为背景,研究TBM下穿填石层高速路基施工技术。通过采用超前大管棚支护、钢花管注浆加固、超前地质探测、取芯检测等技术,提高了TBM下穿区间地层的稳定性;通过优化同步注浆设备、配制新型厚浆材料以及增设渣土改良系统,减小了地面的不均匀沉降以及避免了刀盘结泥饼的风险。另外,通过设置合理的TBM掘进参数和布置沉降监测点等措施,确保了TBM安全、顺利地穿越填石层路基。该技术的研究与应用,也为后期TBM穿越类似地层施工提供了借鉴和参考。When TBM tunneling under the rock-filled highway roadbed,if it is not handled properly,it will cause the risk of pavement settlement and roadbed collapse.Based on the background of TBM tunneling under Shenhai Highway in the 2nd working area of Lot 2 of Fuzhou Binhai Express,we have studied the construction technology of TBM tunneling under the rock-filled high-speed roadbed.By adopting the construction technologies of advanced large pipe shed support,steel floral pipe grouting reinforcement,advanced geological detection,core detection and so on,the stability of TBM passing beneath the interval strata has been improved.By optimizing the synchronous grouting equipment,preparing new thick grouting materials and adding the muck improvement system,the uneven ground settlement is reduced and the risk of mud cake is avoided.In addition,by setting reasonable TBM driving parameters and arranging settlement monitoring points,it ensures that the TBM can safely and smoothly pass through the rock-filled roadbed.The research and application of this technology also provides reference for the construction of TBM passing through similar strata in the later stage.
