摘　　要：结合西北某供水工程在输水隧洞施工中敞开式TBM的实际应用,针对敞开式TBM掘进中常见的故障及具体检修方法进行分析研究。对敞开式TBM润滑系统、油脂系统、液压系统、主驱动系统、刀盘等常见故障的具体表现、故障产生的原因、解决故障的方法进行了分析,形成了由故障表现反映故障原因,由故障原因提出检修方法,继而解决故障问题的一种思维方式。该检修方法在实际应用中取得了较好的工程效果,可为相关工程在敞开式TBM施工过程中的故障检修提供借鉴。Based on the practical application of open TBM in the construction of a water supply tunnel in a certain water supply project in northwest China,this paper analyzed and studied the common faults and specific maintenance methods during the excavation process of open TBM.An analysis was conducted on the specific manifestations,causes,and solutions of common faults in the systems such as the open TBM lubrication system,grease system,hydraulic system,main drive system,and cutterhead.A thinking mode was formed that reflects the cause of the fault through fault manifestations,proposes maintenance methods based on the cause of the fault,and then solves the problem of the fault.This maintenance method has achieved good engineering results in practical application,and can provide reference for the fault maintenance of related projects in the open TBM construction process.
