摘 要:“十四五”期间,我国新型城镇化持续推进,城市综合开发3.0越来越成为城市发展模式的主导方向。城市综合开发的一级业务是基础,在众多部门线条中项目管理又是核心,项目管理是否有成效对项目成败起到至关重要的作用。面对实际推行中出现的问题分析,结合临平国际未来产居生态城综合开发项目实践,本文探索城市综合开发一级项目管理的要点,试图以此提升项目管理的质量与水平,实现项目的成功实施和高质量交付,促进城市综合开发模式的持续完善。During the 14th Five Year Plan period,China's new urbanization continued to advance,and Urban Comprehensive Development 3.0 has become the dominant direction of urban development models.The primary business of urban comprehensive development is the foundation,and project management is the core among many departmental lines.The effectiveness of project management plays a crucial role in the success or failure of projects.Faced with the analysis of problems encountered in practical implementation,combined with the practice of the Linping International Future Industrial and Residential Ecological City Comprehensive Development Project,this article explores the key points of first level project management in urban comprehensive development,attempting to improve the quality and level of project management,achieve successful implementation and high-quality delivery of projects,and promote the continuous improvement of the urban comprehensive development model.
