摘  要:电力机车调试工序是产品交付前的最后一道重要工序,调试质量高低直接关系到机车的运行安全性,目前国内调试工序质量主要受人为因素影响,检查效率低、故障数据收集少。为有效解决现存的问题,进一步提升机车调试工作的效率和质量,结合工业4.0和智能制造2025的发展趋势,提出一种基于MVB总线的机车智能调试系统。The commissioning process of electric locomotive is the last important process before product delivery,and the commissioning quality is directly related to the operation safety of the locomotive.At present,the quality of the commissioning process in China is mainly affected by human factors,with low inspection efficiency and little fault data collection.In order to effectively solve the existing problems and further improve the efficiency and quality of locomotive debugging,combining with the development trend of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing 2025,an intelligent locomotive debugging system based on MVB bus is proposed.
