摘  要:赵卜峪隧道进口地层岩性以Ⅳ级、V级弱风化泥岩、泥质砂岩为主,节理裂隙发育,裂隙张开且夹泥严重,爆破轮廓面成型不理想,围岩沿裂隙成块成片剥落,造成轮廓面成型与设计偏差较大,超欠挖严重,既对隧道安全施工产生不利影响,又增加了后续各工序的工程量及施工成本,造成工序时间延长,影响施工进度。因此,加强光爆技术探索,实行动态调整爆破参数,具有极强的实际意义。该隧道通过一系列技术探索,加强控制周边眼爆破的切割轮廓作用,减少对周边围岩的扰动,重视周边眼间距和装药方式的优化、调整内圈眼抵抗线、重视炮泥封堵作用及周边眼外插角的控制精度等改进措施,达到了较理想的光爆效果。The lithology of the strata at the entrance of the Zhaobuyu Tunnel is mainly composed of weakly weathered mudstone and mudstone sandstone of grade IV and V,with developed joints and fissures.The fissures are open and heavily mixed with mud,and the blasting contour surface is not ideal.The surrounding rock blocks and peels off along the fissures,resulting in significant deviation between the contour surface and the design,severe over excavation and under excavation.This not only has an adverse impact on the safe construction of the tunnel,but also increases the engineering quantity and construction cost of subsequent processes,resulting in prolonged process time and affecting construction progress.Therefore,strengthening the exploration of light blasting technology and implementing dynamic adjustment of blasting parameters has strong practical significance.Through a series of technological explorations,the tunnel has strengthened the control of the cutting contour effect of peripheral eye blasting,reduced disturbance to surrounding rock,emphasized the optimization of peripheral eye spacing and charging method,adjusted the resistance line of inner eye,emphasized the sealing effect of blast mud,and the control accuracy of peripheral eye external insertion angle,achieving ideal light blasting effects.
