摘 要:倒锥壳水塔是一种运用于高速公路服务区的常见储水结构,它的传统施工方式有满堂支架法和地面预制提升法,这两种工艺内部支撑错综复杂,传力路径不明确、不规则,存在较多安全隐患。本文设计了一种装配式环形可调节托架,配合支架平台可实现规范倒锥壳水塔箱体的模板支撑,同时该托架安装便捷且适配不同倾角的倒锥壳水塔施工,大幅提高了现场施工效率与安全性。The inverted cone water tower is a common water storage structure utilized in highway service areas.Its traditional construction methods include full framing method and ground prefabricated lifting method.These two processes have complex internal support,unclear and irregular force transmission path,with plenty of potential safety hazards.In this paper,an assembled adjustable annular bracket has been designed,which can realize the normalization of formwork support of the inverted cone water tower with the frame platform,and the annular bracket is convenient to install and adaptable to the construction of water tower with different inclination angles,which greatly improves the construction efficiency and safety of on-site construction.
