乡村医生职业代际传递意愿及其影响因素

摘　　要：乡村医生职业代际传递意愿对于乡村医生人才队伍建设,解决“招不进”“留不下”等问题具有重要的现实意义。通过二元Logistic模型分析了乡村医生代际传递意愿的影响因素,结果发现:乡村医生职业代际传递意愿总体较低,仅有26.6%的乡村医生愿意子女继续从事乡村医生工作;性别、年龄、受教育程度、执业资格、家庭年度总收入、擅长的诊疗方式、执业与晋升政策满意度、收入政策满意度等因素均对乡村医生职业代际传递意愿有显著影响。因此,要重视乡村医生职业代际传递问题,对乡村医生个体因素、家庭因素、职业因素、政策因素等进行针对性改进,提升乡村医生职业代际传递意愿。The willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission between generations has important practical significance for the construction of the rural doctors talent team and the resolution of the problems of difficult recruitment and retention of talents.In this paper,the binary Logistic model was used to analyze the factors influencing the willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission between generations.It was found that the willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission between generations was low,and only 26.6%of rural doctors were willing to let their children continue to work as rural doctors.Gender,age,education level,practice qualification,total annual household income,specialized treatment method,satisfaction with practice and promotion policy,income policy,etc.were all factors affecting the willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission between generations.Therefore,it is important to pay attention to the willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission between generations and make targeted improvements to individual,family,occupational,and policy factors to enhance the willingness of rural doctors occupational transmission.
