摘　　要：外阴硬化性苔藓是一种常见的女性慢性炎症性外阴皮肤疾病,以瘙痒为主要症状,目前病因尚不明确,治疗效果有限,严重影响患者的生活质量。现有的治疗方法包括外用糖皮质激素、聚焦超声、激光治疗、光动力治疗等。富血小板血浆注射疗法是近年来一种新兴的治疗方式,能够促进多种细胞因子的释放与活化,调节细胞分化、组织修复和血管生成,该疗法联合自体脂肪移植已广泛应用于皮肤组织再生修复领域并取得了良好的临床疗效。本文对富血小板血浆治疗外阴硬化性苔藓的效果、安全性及研究进展进行综述,以期为临床实践提供参考依据。Vulvar lichen sclerosis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease of vulva in women,whose main symptom is pruritus.At present,the cause of the disease is not clear,and the treatment effect is limited,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The existing treatment methods include topical corticosteroids,focused ultrasound,laser therapy,photodynamic therapy,etc.Platelet-rich plasma injection therapy is an emerging treatment method in recent years,which can promote the release and activation of a variety of cytokines,and regulate cell differentiation,tissue repair and angiogenesis.This therapy combined with autologous fat transplantation has been widely applied in the field of skin tissue regeneration and repair and has achieved good clinical efficacy.This article reviews the efficacy,safety,and research progress of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
