摘 要:近红外光谱技术是一种可实时、连续、无创地监测组织氧合灌注情况的技术,已成为新生儿危重症临床诊疗中常用的监测手段。利用近红外光谱技术监测肠道组织灌注状态,及时发现肠系膜缺血及肠道损伤,有助于预测肠道疾病的发生、判断疾病的发生部位和严重程度,从而降低患病新生儿的死亡率,改善预后,减少并发症的发生。本文就近红外光谱技术监测新生儿肠道组织氧合的研究进展进行综述。Near-infrared spectroscopy is a real-time,continuous and non-invasive technology of monitoring tissue oxygenation,which has become a common monitoring method in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of neonatal critical disease.Using near-infrared spectroscopy technology to monitor the perfusion status of intestinal tissue to timely detect mesenteric ischemia and intestinal injury can help to predict the occurrence of intestinal diseases,judge the location and severity of the disease,so as to reduce the mortality of sick newborns,improve the prognosis and reduce the occurrence of complications.This article reviews the research progress on near-infrared spectroscopy technology in monitoring intestinal tissue oxygenation of newborn.
