中药透药疗法联合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中药透药疗法联合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2020年8月至2022年8月于临沂市中医医院诊疗的60例湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组给予中药保留灌肠,研究组给予中药透药疗法联合中药保留灌肠,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组下腹坠胀、腰骶部疼痛及白带增多消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药透药疗法联合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with dampness heat and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat and blood stasis type in Linyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of lower abdominal distension,lumbosacral pain and increased leucorrhea in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine transdermal therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is better in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of dampness heat and blood stasis type.
