摘　　要：目的探讨更昔洛韦联合热毒宁治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月南京市中医院儿科收治的42例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各21例。对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合热毒宁治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及临床症状缓解时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组各临床症状缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦联合热毒宁治疗小儿传染性单核细胞增多症的临床效果较好,可加速临床症状的缓解,且具有安全性,可推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ganciclovir combined with Reduning in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children.Methods A total of 42 children with infectious mononucleosis admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ganciclovir,and the observation group was treated with Reduning on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and remission time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganciclovir combined with Reduning in the treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children has good clinical effect,can accelerate the relief of clinical symptoms with safety,and can be widely used.
