摘  要:目的探讨电刺激联合场景生物反馈训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁(PSUI)患者的临床效果。方法选择连云港市第一人民医院妇产科2020年1月至2022年12月收治的86例PSUI患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用场景生物反馈训练,联合组采用电刺激联合场景生物反馈训练,比较两组治疗总有效率、盆底肌肌力改善情况、尿动力学相关指标(PMUC、FUL、PMU)和生活质量(I-QOL评分)。结果联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组盆底肌肌力优于治疗前,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组PMUC、PMU高于对照组,FUL长于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合组I-QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电刺激联合场景生物反馈训练可有效改善PSUI患者的盆底肌功能与尿动力学相关指标,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of electrical stimulation combined with scene biofeedback training in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(PSUI).Methods A total of 86 patients with PSUI admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang City from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scene biofeedback training,and the combined group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with scene biofeedback training.The total effective rate,pelvic floor muscle strength improvement,urodynamic related indicators(PMUC,FUL,PMU)and quality of life(I-QOL score)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and that of the combined group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PMUC and PMU in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and FUL was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the I-QOL score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with scene biofeedback training can effectively improve the pelvic floor muscle function,urodynamic related indicators and quality of life in patients with PSUI,which is worthy of clinical application.
