缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选择广东省水电医院产科2020年7月至2023年6月收治的70例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各35例。对照组采取缩宫素治疗,观察组采取缩宫素联合麦角新碱治疗,比较两组临床疗效、产后相关指标和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后2、24 h出血量少于对照组,产后24 h血红蛋白水平高于对照组,出血时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素与麦角新碱联合治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,可以减少产后出血量,缩短出血时间,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Oxytocin combined with Ergometrine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atony.Methods A total of 70 patients with postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atony admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Guangdong Provincial Hydropower Hospital from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Ergometrine.The clinical efficacy,postpartum related indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood loss at 2 and 24 h postpartum in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the hemoglobin level at 24 h postpartum was higher than that in the control group,and the bleeding time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with Ergometrine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with uterine atony can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,shorten the bleeding time,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
