摘　　要：目的探究阶段性营养支持在女性急性重症胰腺炎术后的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月至2023年3月在兰陵县人民医院接受手术治疗的90例女性急性重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为参照组与观察组,每组各45例。参照组给予完全肠外营养支持,观察组给予阶段性营养支持,比较两组营养状况和生活质量。结果与参照组比较,观察组干预后血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、前白蛋白、总蛋白水平及生活质量各项指标评分均较高(P<0.05)。结论阶段性营养支持在女性急性重症胰腺炎术后护理中的应用效果较好,有助于改善患者营养状况,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of staged nutritional support in female patients with postoperative acute severe pancreatitis.Methods A total of 90 female patients with acute severe pancreatitis who underwent surgical treatment in Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were divided into the reference group and the observation group according to the lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was given complete parenteral nutrition support,while the observation group was given staged nutritional support.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the levels of serum albumin,hemoglobin,prealbumin,total protein and the scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group were higher after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of staged nutritional support in postoperative care of female patients with acute severe pancreatitis is better,and can help to improve the nutritional status and the quality of life of the patients.
