摘　　要：目的探讨基于弗洛伊德精神分析理论的护理干预在急诊青春期抑郁症患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月苏州大学附属儿童医院急诊科收治的60例青春期抑郁症自杀服药急诊抢救患儿,按照不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规急诊抢救护理,观察组予以基于弗洛伊德精神分析理论的护理干预。比较两组自杀态度评分、压力知觉评分及用药总依从率。结果护理后,观察组各项自杀态度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组各项压力知觉评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组用药总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于弗洛伊德精神分析理论的护理干预在急诊青春期抑郁症患儿中的应用,可改善患儿的自杀态度与压力感知水平,提高用药依从性,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention based on Freudian psychoanalysis theory in emergency adolescent depression children.Methods A total of 60 adolescent children with depression and suicide medication treated in the Department of Emergency of the Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 30 cases in each group.Suicidal attitude score,perceived stress score and total medication compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the suicidal attitude scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the perceived stress scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on Freudian psychoanalysis theory in emergency adolescent depression children can improve their suicidal attitude and pressure perception level,and enhance medication compliance,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
