单孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析单孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月徐州市睢宁县中医院收治的成人腹股沟疝患者68例作为研究对象,采用单双号法分为两组,各34例。常规组实施三孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗,研究组实施单孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术时间、下床活动时间、术中出血量以及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1、6、12、24 h,研究组疼痛评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组躯体健康、社会功能、精神健康、工作生活评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组躯体健康、社会功能、精神健康、工作生活评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝患者采用单孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术治疗,可以改善患者术后疼痛情况,提升患者生活质量,对促进患者术后康复具有积极影响。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of single-hole laparoscopic repair in treating adult inguinal hernia.Methods:68 cases of adult inguinal hernia patients admitted to Suining County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province,China,from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups of 34 cases each by adopting odd-and even-number method.The conventional group was treated with three-hole laparoscopic repair,and the study group was treated with single-hole laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Comparison of complication rates between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of operation duration,out-off-bed time,intraoperative bleeding and hospitalization duration between the two groups leads to a not-statistically-significant difference(P>0.05).The pain scores of the study group one hour,6 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after the operation were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before treatment,the scores of physical health,social function,mental health and working life of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of physical health,social function,mental health and working life of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the research group was higher than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of singlehole laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair can improve patients'postoperative pain,enhance their quality of life,and have a positive impact on postoperative recovery.
