膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月清远市阳山县人民医院收治的膝骨性关节炎患者68例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各34例。对照组运用常规保守治疗方式,观察组运用膝关节镜清理术。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况、膝关节功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组活动范围、关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组活动范围、关节功能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节镜清理术治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床效果显著,能够提升患者关节功能、活动范围,减少并发症,值得临床运用和推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of knee arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of sixty-eight patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Yangshan County People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with thirty-four patients in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional conservative treatment,and the observation group was treated with knee arthroscopy.The treatment effect,complications and knee function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the range of motion and joint function scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the range of motion and joint function scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knee arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has significant clinical effect,can improve the patients'joint function,range of motion,reduce complications,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
