枳术汤加减联合常规西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨枳术汤加减联合常规西药治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年8月浙江省新华医院消化科收治的86例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各43例。对照组应用西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上应用枳术汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后症状积分、胃动力指标、营养指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:枳术汤加减联合常规西药治疗治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果显著,可改善患者症状、胃动力以及营养状态,安全性较好。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Zhizhutang Decoction combined with conventional western medicines in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:86 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Xinhua Hospital of Zhejiang Province from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group of 43 cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Symptom scores,gastric function indexes and nutritional indexes of the experiment group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Zhizhutang Decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment for functional dyspepsia is remarkable,which can improve patients'symptoms,gastric function and nutritional status with a safe und therapeutic effect.
