自拟温阳化饮方治疗脾虚痰湿型肥胖的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟温阳化饮方治疗脾虚痰湿型肥胖的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月南京中医药大学附属盐城中医院收治的脾虚痰湿型肥胖患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规减肥饮食运动方案,观察组在对照组基础上应用自拟温阳化饮方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,观察组体质量、身体质量指数低于治疗前与对照组,腰围、臀围小于治疗前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平低于治疗前与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中医证候总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟温阳化饮方治疗脾虚痰湿型肥胖的临床效果显著,可降低患者体质量、身体质量指数、腰围,总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平水平,改善患者中医证候。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-prepared Wenyang Huayin prescription on spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type obesity.Methods:A total of one hundred obese patients with spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness treated in Yancheng TCM Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with fifty cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine diet and exercise program,and the observation group was treated with self-prepared Wenyang Huayin prescription on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);After treatment,the body mass and body mass index of observation group were lower than before treatment and control group,waist circumference and hip circumference were lower than before treatment and control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in observation group were lower than those before treatment and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of self-prepared Wenyang Huayin prescription on spleen deficiency and phlegmdampness type obesity is remarkable,which can reduce the body mass,body mass index,waist circumference,total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of patients,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
