摘　　要：目的:分析超激光疼痛治疗仪联合针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年9月湛江天源南油综合医院有限公司收治的70例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用超激光疼痛治疗仪,观察组采用超激光疼痛治疗仪联合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度及膝关节活动度。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗前,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组膝关节活动度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6、12个月,两组膝关节活动度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超激光疼痛治疗仪联合针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果确切,患者疼痛程度及膝关节功能明显得以改善。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ultra laser pain treatment instrument combined with acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Seventy patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Zhanjiang Tianyuan Nanyou General Hospital Co.,LTD.from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultra laser pain therapy instrument,and the observation group was treated with ultra laser pain therapy instrument combined with acupuncture.The clinical effect,pain degree and knee motion of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in knee motion between the two groups(P>0.05);At 3,6 and 12 months after treatment,the knee joint motion of the two groups was greater than before treatment,and the observation group was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ultra laser pain treatment instrument combined with acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a definite clinical effect,and the pain degree and knee joint function of patients have been significantly improved.
