摘 要:目的:探究微创手术治疗颅脑损伤的临床效果。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月邹平市人民医院收治的颅脑损伤患者80例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用传统开颅手术治疗,观察组采用微创手术治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、血肿厚度、中线回位变化幅度、并发症、颅脑损伤相关指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006);观察组血肿厚度小于对照组,中线回位变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);治疗后,两组脑实质血肿量、水肿带体积、颅内压均降低,格拉斯哥昏迷评分均升高,观察组优于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创手术治疗颅脑损伤的效果显著,安全性高,可缩小血肿厚度,促进中线回位,改善颅脑损伤相关指标。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of craniocerebral injury.Methods:A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral injury treated in Zouping People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional craniotomy and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006);The thickness of hematoma in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the change of midline return in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);After treatment,the volume of parenchymal hematoma,edema area volume and intracranial pressure in two groups were decreased,the Glasgow coma score in two groups was increased,the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of craniocerebral injury.It can decrease the thickness of the hematoma,promote midline return,and improve the indicators related to craniocerebral injury.
