摘 要:目的:探讨时间窗内全流程一体化模式在多发伤伴失血性休克患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年6月常州市金坛第一人民医院急诊中心收治的多发伤伴失血性休克患者74例作为观察对象,2021年1月—2022年3月采用常规救治模式的患者35例作为对照组,2022年4月—2023年6月采用时间窗内全流程一体化模式的患者39例作为观察组。比较两组患者救治时间和救治结局。结果:观察组入院至接诊时间、入院至首次治疗时间、分诊评估时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组救治成功率高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:时间窗内全流程一体化模式应用于多发伤伴失血性休克患者中,可以缩短救治时间,改善救治结局。Objective:To investigate the application effect of whole-process integration model in time window in patients with multiple injuries and hemorrhagic shock.Methods:A total of 74 patients with multiple injuries accompanied by hemorrhagic shock who were admitted to the Emergency Center of Changzhou Jintan First People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects.Among them,35 patients receiving conventional treatment model from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group and 39 patients receiving whole-process integration model in the time window from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group.The treatment time and treatment outcome of the two groups were compared.Results:The time from admission to reception,time from admission to first treatment,triage evaluation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The success rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-process integration model in the time window can shorten the treatment time and improve the treatment outcome for patients with multiple injuries and hemorrhagic shock.
