摘　　要：目的:分析我国南北方医家治疗阳痿的用药规律。方法:收集2010—2019年收录于中国期刊全文数据库的中医治疗阳痿的期刊文献。统计符合要求的处方中的药物,按功效、归经、四气建立频数分布表,分析南北方治疗阳痿的中药处方中药物功能、归经、四气情况。结果:南北方药物功效无明显差别,但南方使用化痰、芳化、消食药物的比例高于北方;南北方均注重补益药物的使用,补阳药均占首位。南北方用药归经无明显差别,使用前三位均是肝、脾、肾经药物,但北方更加注重肾经用药。南北方药物四气无明显差别,处方用药四气排序均为温、平、寒、热、凉。结论:南北方用药思路大致相同,但具有一定的地域特点,南方更加注重祛湿、清热活血,北方更加注重温肾健脾、宁心安神,临床用药需要遵守“因地制宜”的原则。Objective:To analyze the medication rule in treatment of impotence by medical experts in northern China and southern China.Methods:The journal literature on the treatment of impotence by traditional Chinese medicine included in the Chinese Journal Full-text Database from 2010 to 2019 were collected.The drugs in the prescriptions that met the requirements were counted and frequency distribution table was established according to the efficacy,four natures of drugs,five flavors and channel tropism.The medication difference in the treatment of this disease by medical experts in northern China and southern China was analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the efficacy of drugs between the north and the south,but the proportion of aromatic,phlegm-dissipating and digestant drugs used in the south was higher than that in the north.The use of reinforcing drugs were emphasized in both the north and the south,and yang-reinforcing drugs occupied the first place in both the north and the south.There was no obvious difference in channel tropism between the north and the south,and the top three drugs used were liver,spleen,and kidney meridian drugs,but the spleen meridian medication attracted more attention in the south,while the kidney meridian medication attracted more attention in the north.There was no significant difference in four natures of drugs between the north and the south,and the four natures of drugs in the prescription was ranked as warm,flat,cold,hot and cool.Conclusion:The idea of medications in the north and south is roughly the same,but it has certain regional characteristics.The south pays more attention to invigorating the spleen,eliminating dampness,clearing heat and promoting blood circulation,while the north pays more attention to warming the kidney,invigorating the spleen,calming the heart and tranquillization.The principle of"treatment in accordance with local conditions"should be followed in clinical medication.
