非营养性吸吮联合经络穴位按摩促进低出生体质量儿生长发育的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析低出生体质量儿(LBW)接受非营养性吸吮联合经络穴位按摩的应用价值。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年7月中山市中医院收治的LBW 60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受经络穴位按摩。比较观察两组患儿血清营养指标、生长发育变化、干预效果。结果:治疗后,两组血红蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白水平均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组身长、头围、体质量均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组胎粪排清时间、达全肠内营养时间、黄疸消退时间、达标准出生体质量时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:在予以LBW非营养性吸吮干预过程中联合经络穴位按摩,有助于促进患儿生长发育,改善患儿营养指标,干预效果显著。Objective:To analyze the application value of low birth weight(LBW)infants receiving non-nutritive sucking combined with meridian acupoint massage.Methods:From May 2021 to July 2022,60 LBW infants who were admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and the study group received meridian acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The serum nutritional indicators,growth and development changes,and intervention effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin and globulin in the two groups were increased,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the body length,head circumference and body weight in the two groups were increased,and the above indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The time of meconium clearance,time to total enteral nutrition,time of jaundice resolution,and time to standard birth weight in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In the process of non-nutritive sucking intervention for LBW infants,the combined meridian acupoint massage is helpful to promote the growth and development of infants,and can improve the nutritional indicators of infants,with significant intervention effects.
