摘 要:转子是超超临界汽轮机的重要部件,转子材料及锻件的发展是支撑超超临界汽轮机及电站技术进步的基础。随着超超临界机组蒸汽温度从620℃提高至630℃,甚至未来到650℃和700℃,汽轮机高中压转子耐热材料及锻件的制造将是要面临的主要挑战之一。综述了中国超超临界汽轮机高中压转子耐热材料的发展历程、设计思路及研制进展,重点介绍了中国630~700℃超超临界汽轮机高中压转子系列自主研制的耐热材料C630R、C650R、C700R及其锻件研制的最新进展,并展望了高中压转子锻件的未来研究和发展重点,以期助力加速中国超超临界汽轮机的完全自主化进程。The rotor is the most important component of ultra-supercritical steam turbines.The development of rotor materials and forgings are crucial for the improvement of ultra-supercritical turbines and coal-fired units technology.With the steam temperature for ultra-supercritical units increasing from 620℃to 630℃,and even to 650℃and 700℃in the future,research of heat-resistant materials and forgings for high-medium pressure rotors of steam turbines will be one important challenges.The development history,alloy design methods and status of heat-resistant materials for ultra-supercritical steam turbine rotors are summarized.Meanwhile,the latest research progress of independent developed heat-resistant materials C630R,C650R,C700R and their forgings for high-medium pressure rotors of 630-700℃ultra-supercritical steam turbine is mainly introduced.Finally,some future research emphases are proposed in order to promote the completely autonomous process of ultra-supercritical steam turbine in China.
