摘  要:针对45钢小方坯的中间裂纹问题,依托有限元仿真技术建立凝固传热和凝固组织模型,采用数值模拟和工业试验相结合的方法,对小方坯中间裂纹进行改善。结果表明,在拉速为1.8 m/min、过热度为30℃、二冷比水量为0.50 L/kg、各段足辊区和二冷一区至四区的分配比为40%-25%-20%-12%-3%条件下,经工业试验验证,45钢小方坯中间裂纹问题得到明显改善。Aiming at the intermediate crack problem of 45 steel billet, the solidification heat transfer and solidification structure model were established by the finite element simulation technology, and the numerical simulation and industrial test were combined to improve the intermediate crack of the billet. The results show that under the conditions of pulling speed of 1.8 m/min, superheat of 30 ℃, specific water of secondary cooling of 0.50 L/kg, and distribution ratio of each foot roll zone and secondary cooling zone 1 to 4 zone of 40%-25%-20%-12%-3%, the middle crack problem of 45 steel billet is obviously improved by industrial tests.
