摘  要:为研究中间包覆盖剂成分对连铸生产过程中泡沫渣的有效控制和清除,以及对中间包耐材侵蚀和使用寿命的影响,对比不同类型中间包覆盖剂的性能,优化中间包覆盖剂的使用方式,提高中间包包衬的耐材寿命。采用现场试验方法,对3种不同类型覆盖剂使用后产生的冲击区渣进行化学成分对比,分析其对中间包耐材侵蚀和使用寿命的影响。同时,通过实验室静态坩埚渣系入侵试验,改进渣线部位镁质干式料,优化中间包冲击区结构,寻找覆盖剂的最佳使用方式来提高中间包包衬耐材寿命。结果表明,环保型覆盖剂复合使用与其它类型的中间包覆盖剂相比,具有最优性能;环保型覆盖剂复合使用,能快速消除冲击区泡沫渣;环保型覆盖剂复合使用能显著提升钢水质量,并降低浇铸过程中的热损失,还能降低中间包包衬的耐材侵蚀程度,从而延长中间包的使用寿命,实现降本增效的目的。In order to investigate the effective control and removal of slag in the continuous casting production process and the influence of the tundish covering agent composition on the erosion and service life of tundish refractories, this study compares the performance of different types of tundish covering agents, optimizes the usage of tundish covering agents, and improves the service life of tundish lining refractories. In this research, field experiments were conducted to compare the chemical composition of the impact zone slag produced after using three different types of covering agents, and analyze their effects on the erosion and service life of tundish refractories. Meanwhile, static crucible slag infiltration tests were performed in the laboratory to improve the magnesia dry mix at the slag line, optimize the impact zone structure of the tundish, and find the best application method for the covering agent to enhance the service life of the tundish lining refractory. The research results show that: The eco-friendly covering agent used in combination has the best performance compared to other types of tundish covering agents. The combined use of eco-friendly covering agents can quickly eliminate the foam slag in the impact zone. The combined use of eco-friendly covering agents can significantly improve the quality of molten steel and reduce heat loss during the casting process;it can also reduce the erosion degree of the tundish lining refractory, thereby prolonging the service life of the tundish and achieving the goal of cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
